* configure.ac (DEBUGGER_SEES_C_MACROS): Remove.
* src/lisp.h (DEBUGGER_SEES_C_MACROS): Likewise.
It apparently doesn't work for GCC 3, and I suppose it's more
trouble than it's worth to worry about this.
