This change

  * lisp/window.el (switch-to-prev-buffer): Do not switch to a visible
  window previous buffer, just like with the frame previous buffers.

breaks navigation via `switch-to-prev-buffer'/`switch-to-next-buffer'
and the handling of help windows.  Please revert it.

If you see any need to change the behavior of this function kindly post
a report at emacs-devel or write a bug report.  We then can try to make
the behavior customizable.
