Indeed, it doesn't, at least not on my box: look at all those
executables under libexec/.  In my case, at least cc1.exe,
cc1plus.exe, f951.exe, cc1obj.exe, cc1objplus.exe, and gnat1.exe are
linked against GMP dynamically.
