As I understand it, "GitLab CI" is the name of a suite of programs
that anyone can run, and also the name of a particular service.
That ambiguity came up in the discussion.  So this message should not
be ambiguous.

Would someone please change this to

  > # GNU Emacs support for the GitLab protocol for CI

  > # The presence of this file does not imply any FSF/GNU endorsement of
  > # any particular servce that uses that protocol.  Also, it is intended for
  > # evaluation purposes, thus possibly temporary.

(I would do it myself if using git were easy for me.)
