Is that true? Here are Google.es results for "sana"; Google seems to be happy 
to return saña too:

> sana.sy/es/

> saña - Definición - WordReference.com
> www.wordreference.com/definicion/saña
> 
> Saná - Wikipedia, la enciclopedia libre
> https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saná

I'm seeing this both from France and from the US, on Google.es; is it different 
from Spain?
