I've used the debbugs package many times, and still I have no idea how
to list, say, all bugs that block 25.1.
debbugs makes some operations a tiny bit more convenient, but the users
can still use the web interface search.
But longer term, I'd like ELPA to be a nicer experience so that no such
invisible barrier exists.
Shouldn't the bug tracker be a nicer experience? I think ELPA is leaps
and bounds ahead for its purposes already.
