It is certainly possible to extend Info format, but it would be a lot
of duplicate effort and the result would not be as clean as HTML.
I think using stylized HTML is a superior method.

We can do that by using specific constructions in HTML that the HTML-Info
reader will recognize so that it can provide the same features.
