Sorry, but I reverted that revision. I wish it wasn't committed
without discussion.
To make it crystal clear: I don't agree to remove this stuff from the
Emacs yet. Leaving it in the repository, but removing it from the
release tarballs make little sense to me. I know that you disagree,
but please let's leave this at that for now.
