For the record: I've just seen another library which have this
problem: "libz-1.dll".

Version "libz-1.2.7-1" depends on "libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll" and therefore
makes Emacs crash.  The problem goes away with the older version
"libz-1.2.3-1".
