Thanks.  Combined with the one you reported earlier, namely

> display-monitor-attributes-list returns geometry = (0 0 1920 1080) and
> workarea = (0 0 1920 1040)

this makes sense.

Yamamoto, could you please install this part?  Maybe we find someone who
uses multiple monitors on Windows.
