Thanks, this is fixed.
But, make bootstrap failed with the following error.

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `../nt/oo-spd/i386/addsection.exe', needed 
by `oo-spd/i386/temacs.exe'.  Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/emacs/w64/test/emacs/src'
makefile:597: recipe for target `bootstrap-temacs-SH' failed

I think that the changes for makefile.w32-in affect this.
