Bug #13546 seems to be related to use of GnuTLS (libgnutls-28.dll) on
MS-Windows. In that bug, a user reports that after about 2 hours
Emacs becomes unusable for him and must be restarted, due to failures
to open network connections.
Does anyone else here use that library for reading email, and if so,
do you have similar experiences? Please share your data.
