Or, rather, removed?  Translations of the tutorial are not supposed to
have text that doesn't exist in the English tutorial.  If we allow
that, we will have a tremendous maintenance problem on our hands,
whereby maintainers cannot be sure they control what is or isn't in
the package.

If a translator wants to suggest additions, she should do it first in
the English tutorial.
