Ok, thanks Eli. Now I see the problem.
I read somewhere that for the current devel emacs, libpng 1.4 or later
is required. So I will wait for the new binaries compiled against
libpng14.
P.S. libpng14-14.dll and zlib1.dll are available at
http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php
