times before, but rejected for one reason or another.

I suspect there will be some subtle issues to resolve, but the benefit
of bug reports/discussions including emacs-version which also includes
the revno or commit number would e very useful - at least I've found
such info useful in other projects and would assume the same would be
true of emacs.
