Why are these new built-in functions necessary? Firstly, their names
are not descriptive; moving a buffer to the front or back of the buffer
list is not a good match for the words "recording" or "unrecording".
Secondly, we already have the function bury-buffer, so why introduce yet
another function that does the same thing?
