        How did you build it?

        I've built with

          cd nt
          configure --no-opt  ; plus -I, etc.
          make all
          make install

        and everything's OK.  That's on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, using gcc (GCC)
        3.4.5 (mingw-vista special r3)

And did, but with make all and everything went fine.
