Here "latest" just means "GNU Emacs 23.1.90.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.0.6002)" :)
I pulled the *latest* one from bzr repository, and found it could not pass
the "make bootstrap":
(after a list of very long compilation outputs)

`_imp__re_search'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Has anyone got a solution?
