Those concepts have added meaning in DVCSs. Assuming that a revision or
a branch is the same for CVS and Bazaar will lead to confussion. Is like
learning C++ assuming that is an extension of C or learning Spanish
vocabulary thinking that your knowledge of French will make things
straightforward.

I was skimming the Internet for a while and found no docs that explained
the concepts without focusing on specific approaches from other tools
like git or mercurial. That could only mislead the Bazaar beginner.
