Thanks a lot!

On a quick test I can confirm, that
- Sharedobject targets in make-projects build now with libtool
  (which works as expected)
- Annoying re-asking for creation of existing supplemental files has
  gone.
- Make distribution works as expected.
- Building from the created distribution tars works.

Thanks to Eric and Chong for fixing all this.  Next I'll switch to bug
reporting mode again.  ;-)
