After a couple of lines, the INSTALL.CVS file states:
Therefore, to build from CVS you must run "make bootstrap"
instead of just "make":
$ cvs update -dP
$ make bootstrap
However, "make bootstrap" hasn't been necessary for a while. Is there
any need to suggest its use?
