Please run Emacs while setting EMACS_FONT_LOG to 1 and show
me the result of M-x font-show-log RET.

% EMACS_FONT_LOG=1 emacs
M-x font-show-log RET

And show me the result of this too:

% fc-list fixed:foundry=misc
