This is true, but the problem is independent. When I create:
~/t/T1.txt
~/t/t2.txt
and then do C-x C-f ~/t/T TAB, Emacs 22.2 completes to "~/t/T1.txt", but
the latest CVS displays T1.txt and t2.txt as possible completions.
