23.0.60; Regression: diary-remind

I think there has been a regression in diary remind.  I have entries
such as the following in my diary file:

%%(diary-remind '(diary-anniversary 29 1 1994) '(7 6 5 4 3 2 1)) Our %d%s 
wedding anniversary.

Diary now (since I updated my emacs build a couple of days ago) gives
me messages like the following for this type of entry:

Bad sexp at line 50 in ~/.xemacs/diary: (diary-remind '(diary-anniversary 18 12 
2001) '(4 3 2 1))

This used to work, and from what I can gather from the diary-remind
docs, it should still work.
