When I press C-h b after "emacs -Q", the echo-area shows:

   Wrong type argument: arrayp, (128 . 4194303)

The *Messages* buffer shows:

   keymap-canonicalize: Wrong type argument: arrayp, (128 . 4194303)

Can't reproduce on GNU/Linux.  Maybe specific to i386-apple-darwin?

I have the same problem on my GNU/Linux system(debian sid amd64, emacs 23.0.60.2)
More precisely:
"keymap-canonicalize: Wrong type argument: arrayp, (128 . 4194303)"
The same thing with emacs -Q.
