Ah, you didn't mention that. So that means that you need to do this for all
applications, not just Emacs? That's too bad.

Of course I did. However, I have not "tweaked the registry". As you didn't
mention the registry, I expected it to change the behavior for Emacs - and
only Emacs, with no registry hacking.

I repeat that the doc string should mention that this option is about frame
focus. And it should say that (apparently) the (only?) effect is that it
makes the mouse follow the frame focus, by moving the mouse to whatever
frame has the focus. None of this is clear from the doc string.
