[multi-tty] xt-mouse.el does not work in emacsclient frames (was Re: Odd regression in vcursor mode in terminal)

Sorry for bothering again - but xt-mouse.el doesn't actually seem to work  
at all, in emacsclient -t multi-tty frames (above patch makes it at least  
not interfere with vcursor).  Works fine in the server emacs -nw .
