Info about fontification

Drews question about fontification and my own struggle with it made me 
look a bit in Info.

I believe Info needs some update about fontification. I am not sure how, 
since I feel a bit unsure about certain parts. But one of the basic 
things is `fontification-functions'. That variable is mentioned in

   (elisp) Auto Faces

but it is not mentioned in

   (elisp) Font Lock Basics

and there is no link between those two nodes.

There is also very little about other aspects of jit-lock in Info.
