Similarly, these lines don't need their apostrophe's:

  lisp/progmodes/vhdl-mode.el:
        the current design.  It's name can be obtained by modifying the project 
name

  lisp/progmodes/vhdl-mode.el:

  lisp/progmodes/flymake.el:

and lisp/international/mule.el line 1679 could use an extra possessive 
apostrophe:

   ... is not checked; it's callers responsibility to check it.

"the caller's" or "the callers'", depending on how many callers we're talking 
about.
