What other keys _wouldn't_ be useful?

On a Linux tty, I have unique keycodes for <left>, <right>, <up>,
<down>, <insert>, <delete>, <home>, <end>, <PgUp>, <PgDown> with all
combinations of C-, M-, <shift>.  I currently have most of them bound.

I certainly think the arrow keys should have distinct codes for all 8
modifier combinations.
