Re: pop-to-buffer does not change input focus

    IHMO this is confusing. Why don't select-frame set the input focus?

I recall there was a good reason for this.  Perhaps the reason
is that Emacs programs often call select-frame for internal reasons
and this should not cause a focus change.

Please don't take the risk of messing with this now.
