It was hard for me to figure out what the "box bottom" problem means,
and I still am not quite sure.  Do you mean text like this?

    =============
    =  foo bar  =
    =============

If that is written inside @example, it will come out indented.
Thus, it is enough not to highlight lines of ='s that are indented.
