I completely disagree!
Once you have started emacs (from the start menu), what business do
you have outside emacs (i.e. in Windoze land)?
But really, I practically never use gnuserv / emacsclient as I work inside
emacs most of the time... so I have all the file navigation tools I need
right there.
I used to work with a collegue who used emacs just like vi, ie.
starting a new instance for each file he wanted to edit. I tried to
teach him that emacs could do much better, but he wouldn't listen. (I
couldn't even get him to use emacsclient... :-)

Sure, we should include a version of emacsclient which works with emacs'
new internal emacsserver -- today I guess it will work fine with sockets
(rather than mailslots which IIRC gnuserv uses).
