It should be fixed now. I moved all the define-coding-system-alias's
to the files where the original charset was defined.
I added the aliases for convenience when trying to work out the
correct locale and selection coding-systems on Windows. Now we can
just query the system codepage and use cpNNNN, which should be much
better than what we had before.
