More questions about docstrings:

 - Is internal ebrowse-draw-file-member-info? (BTW, I don't understand
   the docstring:

   "Display a line in an the members per file info buffer.  [...]"

 - cvs-mode-marked doesn't document keyword argument noquery. Should it?

 - cvs-mode-do doesn't document keyword argument postproc.

 - insert-buffer-substring (and -as-yank, -no-properties) refer to START
   and END with:

   "Arguments START and END are character numbers specifying the substring."

   but "character numbers" is not an usual Emacs terminology.
