Going to the wrong place will not mislead the user more than going to
the top of the node because when user starts to scan visually the node
by reading it from the top he soon encounters the first and wrong
occurrence of the searched string.  Now the user is exactly in the same
situation as if point was placed here automatically by the Info
reader.  So it is the task of authors of Info manuals to warn the user
that the right place is somewhere below.  And as you can notice this
is already done in the mentioned node.  You can see that authors
already added the warning "(see below)" exactly for this purpose!
