Gtk patch version 3, part 1

Hello.

Here is the third version of this patch.

I think I have fixed most things from the previous version.  Menus
should be faster, I notice a slight improvement, but it never was much
of a problem here.

The flicker in scrollbars should be gone.  Also, the bug for an empty
buffer is fixed.  Geometry problem and the undetachable popup menus
have been fixed.  Help for menus are in now.  A bunch of other bugs,
mostly related to menus, where fixed.

There is some documentation about widget names and how to customize fonts,
but there are some issues with GTK in this area.  Some things will not
be customizable (like the drop down menu in the file dialog), see

Things on my todo list for the near future are ChangeLog and NEWS entry, and
GTK toolbar.
