Size of splash screen (Re: "About Emacs" menu item?)

It would be enough to allow scrolling (with the mouse and with the
keyboard).  I guess a redesign of the splash screen isn't necessary
since the majority of the user community will use a better resolution
than 800x600dpi.

If wanted I can send a screenshot (64 KB plus encoding overhead).
