I don't like these "folded" menubar -- i want the menu gone, i don't
want to have a menubar only one fifth the height, but still wasting my
screen estate and my attention.  I like the eterm solutions better.
Enabling the menubar is on one of the menus you get when hitting one
of the modifiers and one of the mouse buttons.  Maybe S-mouse-2 would
be a good place to put these options.

Oh -- and a picture is worth a thousand words only if these words are
trying to describe the picture.  :)
