Oh, I thought it crashes even when w32-win is loaded the first time,
during startup.
Why would anyone try to load it a second time? Is that a reasonable
thing to do?
Loading it a second time may be silly, but if it causes a crash, that
still seems like a bug. Why does Emacs crash when one does that? Can
it easily be fixed?
