Avoiding the passive voice

      This language environment is almost the same as Latin-2,

This is correct English (well, almost, since it really needs "the" in
front of "default input method"), but it would be better to avoid the
passive voice:

      This language environment is almost the same as Latin-2,
      but sets the default input method to \"slovak\",
    ! and selects the Slovak tutorial."))

The passive voice tends to reduce readability and often makes
the text less clear--so please try to avoid it whenever you can.

Werner, could you fix these changes to be active?
