Hi,
this is my bugreport. The full copy follows. I will try to add more
details.

After this command:
command-line-args's value is
("emacs" "/tmp/\354\271\350\370\276\375\341\355\351")
where \354 is really backslash, 3, 5 and 4 etc.

These two can be seen also with files which are visited with C-x C-f
ie. not visited from the command line.
