Re: 21.1 released

    The official announcement that Richard takes over again would have
    been found in the official announcement of 21.1, which I haven't seen
    yet appearing.  I hope the FSF hasn't forgotten to send it out.

A week ago, the info-emacs list was not moderated.
I don't know if he has changed this, and if I am now the moderator,
he never told me how to send a message through.

Martin, what is the state of info-emacs?  And can you send Gerd's
announcement through?  I have very little Internet access just now
so it would be hard for me to do it before a few days go by.
It's better if you do it now.
