Not easily; it's a pending item for after 21.1.
The problem is that frame and window sizes are currently counted in
lines and columns, i.e. multiples of the frame's fonts's height width.
I think this should be changed to allow arbitrary sizes on window
systems, but it certainly won't be easy to do.
