Okay, but it still leaves me with the the problem of
Info-title-2-face: I actually wanted to get "blue1" there, not
"lightblue" in its rgb.txt interpretation, because the latter maps to
cyan, which I think might be unpleasant on light-background tty's.  Is
"blue1" okay for Info-title-2-face?
