Pushed a slightly different version in the ‘core-updates-next’ branch,
which corresponds to the next batch of full-rebuild changes:

In the meantime, if you need libsigsegv.so on master, I’d suggest
creating a package variant to avoid the full rebuild and to use that
variant in Smalltalk.
