--- Begin Message ---Subject: [PATCH 0/4] Add Sailfish and Salmon Date: Thu, 18 Jan 2018 08:23:05 +0100 Hi Guix, here are two bioinformatics packages, Sailfish and Salmon, and their dependencies. The patch for Salmon includes a couple of private packages, which are modified upstream packages that I unbundled from Salmon. In previous versions of these patches I also had rapmap-for-sailfish and rapmap-for-salmon, but since rapmap is not designed to be a shared library I encountered all sorts of bugs when using Salmon (segfaults). This is why the rapmap sources are merely unpacked in the expected location; the build system then takes care of the rest.
