We are not responsible for the schedule of MSYS2 releases of the Emacs binaries, MSYS2 is a separate project. So please ask them to update their packages. The official Emacs binaries for Windows are available from the GNU FTP site: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/ I'm closing this bug report, as it's not an Emacs bug or issue. Thanks.
