Like find-function and find-variable, it should use the current one.

Just look at `find-function-setup-keys', it's misleading.

For other window or frame, additional commands could be added.

`find-function-at-point' and `find-variable-at-point' using the other
window don't help the situation, but I think they're less of a problem
(yet could use a similar change as well).
