These should be simple toggles. Each should be its own inverse,
reversing the change it makes when repeated.
Please make restoring restore also the original position (of top left
frame corner).
In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)

I'm closing this bug, as it seems fixed in revno 115865.
